Corporate teams & SMEs
Cover for your team and their families. Apply as a corporate or an SME and name the employer; the fund reviews each application. Corporate rates apply when an employer covers its staff, and an SME application gets a reviewed quote.

Your employer
Contributions can come through payroll. The fund matches each deduction to the right member by employee number.
Farmers & associations
Cover for farmers and for the members of farmers’ associations. Apply on your own or together with your association, and the fund prepares a reviewed quote for each application.

What you’ll need
- Your association’s name, if it is applying with you
- An identity document for each person covered
- A date of birth for everyone covered
- Your phone number (and an email address, if you have one)

Pay by EcoCash, bank transfer or cash at the fund’s office, after the fund approves your application.
Civil servants
Cover for government employees, with contributions deducted from your salary through the Salary Service Bureau (SSB). The fund reviews your application and prepares your quote.

What you’ll need
- Your EC number, which is your payroll number
- An SSB deduction form
- An identity document for each person covered
- A date of birth for everyone covered

The fund matches each deduction to you by your EC number.
Our packages
Levels of cover from everyday essentials to our highest level. Contributions are per person, per month. Adult rates apply below age 65. From 65 you are quoted the fund’s rate for your age, or the adult rate where it has none, and the plan is subject to review.
Corporate rates apply when an employer covers its team.
Indicative monthly contributions in USD. Limits are the fund’s approved 2026 benefits. Final contributions and eligibility are confirmed by the fund after review. Waiting periods, sublimits and scheme rules apply.
